Great customer service and great quality product
This product is great quality for the money! Its very sturdy and the perfect height for our size couch. The comfort is great for both our legs and for sitting. When you open it, the pneumatic pistons (I believe that’s what they are) will automatically lift it up. We had a little issue with the delivery of the product but their customer service representative got back right away and gave us an updated tracking number with FedEx. We are very pleased both with the quality of the product and their customer service.

it came early as i expected! it was easy to assemble. It looks very nice in my guest room! i would like to order another one if there's another coupon!

We got this for an older male. Althiugh the box was very torn up and damaged the chair was in perfect condition.
He LOVES the chair we tested out the full standing all the way to fully reclined everything exceeded our expectations. Assembly was very simple. Vibratuons and other features are great bonuses. The comfort level is through the roof! I would DEFINITELY RECCOMEND AND WONT HESITATE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN .
